I made chicken pot pie with corn bread dumplings for dinner last night.
EVERYTHING from scratch even the white sauce and no canned veggies!
It turned out beautiful -
and tasted delicious. I even got a, "that was good" from Mr. I don't like Chicken Pot Pie (Xander).
But I forgot to take a picture of it when it came out of the oven until most of it was eaten. So the picture came out like this. I told Paul that doesn't look very good-

Nice and gross! I guess we have a pretty warped sense of humor over here in the Trueman family! Keeps us real and LAUGHING!
