Life's a beach

We always have to make at least one stop at the beach when we are in California. 

 It was the perfect late afternoon to sit in the sun and put our toes in the sand and watch the HUGE flocks of pelicans fly overhead. (Thankfully no dive bombing!)

Of course A&A had to go swimmimg and boogie boarding. 

 Brrrr...but they loved it!

And then there always have to be time to dig in the sand!
