All the stars aligned and the rain held off and Paul and Xander
FINALLY made it to the father son campout! So many years in the past it has not worked out due to Paul traveling, rain, etc...
A campfire and whittling wood- all a boy could want!
Oh and soda and junk food and a friend!
The guys had a great time thanks to some great friends for showing up and making the night complete!

A little extra knife time before mom makes him put the knife away!
Paul said it was the perfect amount of camping- total of 14 hours and no women to make things much more complicated- Like brushing teeth or bringing all sorts of unnecessry items! Hey I resemble and resent that! So glad they had a great time!

My boys have never made it on a campout due to Mike's weird schedule. Glad Xander finally got to go!
